Mrs. Odie was born and raised in Southern California.  Educated by the UC system with a master's degree from a private and prestigious university, she teaches high school English in Southern California.

Currently, Mrs. Odie is on leave to care for the first born of Odie's little nubbletts. 

Mrs. Odie is an Aries, a vegetarian, a practitioner of "Attachment Parenting," a grammar and punctuation nazi and a self-proclaimed expert on almost everything who frequently has to blush and eat crow for statements previously uttered without thinking.
